A disabled Refuge or Fire Phone system is a communication system designed and installed for the Evacuation of Mobility impaired personnel. These are installed in realetivly safe spaces such as stairwell or lobbies were a call can be made to rescue crews can site mine where assistance is needed as well as to provide reassurance to those people who are at the refuge point that help is on its way.
